Q: Are your products handmade?
A: Yes! All original pieces and embroidery are lovingly crafted by hand. You’re not buying mass-produced stuff—you’re getting a tiny slice of my soul (but like, in a cute way).

Q: Are your art prints signed?
A: Originals and limited editions come signed with a certificate. Print-on-demand products ship from my partner facilities and are unsigned.

Q: Do you take commissions?
A: Occasionally. If you're feeling bold, email me your idea and let’s see if it bites.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship?
A: I currently ship within the UK. International orders are in the cauldron—stay tuned!

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Orders over £250 ship free in the UK. Under that? Shipping is calculated at checkout, witch-approved.

Q: When will I get my order?
A: Originals and studio-stocked items ship within 3–5 working days. Print-on-demand products may take a little longer, as they come straight from the spell lab (aka production partners).

🔄 Returns & Issues

Q: Can I return my item?
A: If it arrives damaged or something’s wrong, get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. I don’t offer returns on digital products, custom orders, or earrings for hygiene reasons.

Q: My order hasn’t arrived—what now?
A: Check your tracking first. If it’s ghosted you, drop me a message and I’ll investigate like a proper potion master.

Q: How do I care for embroidered pieces?
A: Keep them dry, out of direct sunlight, and store them flat or in a padded box. Treat them like the little treasures they are.

Q: Are your materials vegan?
A: Absolutely. No animal bits, no shady stuff—just art, plants, and drama.
